Order was dispatched on time and communication was initially good. However, packaging was not sufficient for international shipping. One carton was missing and many tins in the remaining cartons were severely damaged.
The issue was reported immediately with full evidence, but the resolution took several months and required escalation through Alibaba. They agreed to pay me my refund, and I was surprised to find it had been in credit, which was not what was agreed. I am a fast-scaling business, and sadly this will not be a long-term supply chain for me. I like fast resolutions, and this dragged with no accountability.
